The Promise, in One Paragraph
If the work we performed doesn’t hold up within 90 days of the service date, we come back and make it right. No form to fill out. No fee to pay. No receipt to dig up – we have the job on file. The 90-Day Done Right Promise is printed here because it’s meant to be read, not buried. One call to (470) 298-9650 is the entire process.
What’s Covered
- Our workmanship on any job we performed. If something we installed, repaired, or built fails because of how it was done, that’s on us to fix.
- Parts and materials we supplied and installed. If a component we sourced and put in place fails within the 90-day window, we replace it at no charge.
- A return visit at no charge. We schedule the follow-up, show up on time, and document what we find – same photo-record standard as the original visit.
- A full re-do when a repair doesn’t hold. If the first return visit doesn’t resolve it, we don’t walk away. We go further until it’s right.
- Clean-up. We leave the space the way we found it, or better – on the original visit and on any return.
- Honest documentation of what we find. Even if what we find on the return visit is unrelated to our work, we tell you plainly – because that’s what the photo record is for.
What Isn’t Covered

- Damage from a storm, flood, impact, or accident after our visit. We can’t stand behind what the weather or circumstances did after we left – but we’ll come look and tell you what you’re dealing with.
- Work done by another contractor. If someone else worked on the same area after us, we can’t separate their result from ours fairly. We’ll still come look, and we’ll be honest about what we see.
- Parts or materials the customer supplied. We can only guarantee what we sourced and verified. Customer-supplied components are outside our quality chain.
- Normal wear on equipment or materials we didn’t install. Existing systems age on their own timeline, and that’s not something a workmanship promise can change.
- Problems the customer declined to have fixed when we flagged them. If we noted a concern in writing during the original visit and the customer chose not to address it, that item isn’t covered – though we’ll note it again and give you a written price to fix it now.
- Damage caused by deferred maintenance after our visit. A job we completed correctly can be compromised by conditions that develop later. We’ll come look, document, and give you a straight answer about cause.
Before
AfterHow to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (470) 298-9650 or book online
There’s no form, no claim number, and nothing to prove. A live person answers at any hour – tell them you’re calling about the Done Right Promise and they’ll pull your job up on the spot.
Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done
We keep a documented record of every visit, including the scope, the photos, and the date. You don’t need paperwork on your end – we have it.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We give you a real appointment window and a named technician, and we send a text when they’re on the way – the same arrival standard as the original job, because it is a job.
Step 4: We make it right
The technician documents what they find, completes the work, and leaves you with an updated photo record. If a second visit is needed, we schedule it – no argument, no invoice.
Timing

The 90-day window runs from the date of service as documented in your job file. If you raise something a few days after the window closes, we’ll still come look. We’ve been building since 2007 and we know the difference between a prompt customer and one who’s letting a problem fester – we’re reasonable about the edges. Each location is independently owned and operated, but every one operates under The Haven Standard, which means every one honors this promise on the same terms. The documentation system is what makes that consistent: we have the record, and the record travels with the job.
