Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Rowan Construction Group team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Construction Work
Every job Rowan Construction Group prices is priced on its own terms, off a free written estimate, before anyone picks up a tool. No hourly rates, no plans to join, nothing to sign up for. You see the full number for your specific job, in writing, and that number is what the job costs. It does not change because we hit a subfloor we didn’t expect, or because material prices shifted between Monday and Thursday. If something genuinely changes the scope, we stop, write a new number, and wait for your signature before continuing. That discipline – no work proceeds on a change until the change order is signed – is the reason our projects finish within a few percent of what the customer agreed to. It has been Clause 1 of the Haven Standard since we were founded in 2007, and it still is.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free, and there is no obligation attached to it. When we come out, we walk the job, take measurements, note what we’re actually looking at, and photograph it. What you get at the end of that visit is a written price with a written scope – not a ballpark, not a range to be confirmed later. That document is yours to keep whether you hire us or not. The visit typically takes an hour, sometimes a little longer on a larger job. You’re free to say no, sit on it, or bring it to a competitor for comparison. We’ll explain what’s in it either way.
Before
AfterWhen People Usually Call Us
Construction work tends to arrive in two ways. Either something happened – a branch came through the roof, a door stopped closing properly after a hard winter, a bathroom fixture finally gave out – or someone has been planning a project for months and is ready to move from spreadsheet to actual conversation.
The spring and fall shoulder seasons are when most homeowners start kitchen and bathroom remodels, because the windows and doors are open and the disruption is easier to live with. Roofing calls spike after storms and again in late summer, when people want work done before cold weather makes scheduling harder. Home additions and ADUs take longer to plan, and those conversations usually start in the fall or winter, well ahead of a spring groundbreaking.
None of that changes how we price the work. The estimate is the same in February as it is in July. If you’re calling because something just failed, we’ll tell you what we found. If you’re planning ahead, we’ll give you a number you can budget to. Either way, the written price comes before the work.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way

A few things apply to every job, regardless of what brought you to us or when you called.
The written estimate is flat – one number, one scope, one warranty, all in writing before anyone starts. That’s the “Have it in writing” clause of the Haven Standard, and it’s not negotiable on our end. The crew that shows up is background-checked, uniformed, and verified before they arrive at your door. A live person answers our phones around the clock, so you’re not leaving a message when something is pressing. And every visit produces a documented photo record of what we found and what we did – that’s a standard deliverable, not something you have to ask for.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise is printed on every page and backed by a terms page, not an asterisk. If it’s not done right, Rowan makes it right. That is the whole sentence.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there’s no catch attached to it. We come out, walk the job, document what we see, and hand you a written price with a written scope. You owe us nothing for that visit, and we don’t follow up aggressively if you decide not to move forward. The estimate is yours to keep.
Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?
No, and that’s deliberate. We price every job off a free written estimate, and the written price is the price. There’s no financing product, no payment plan, no membership, and no subscription. The reason we keep it that way is that a single flat number is easier to compare, easier to budget, and harder to obscure fees inside of.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you have a question about which applies to your specific job, the honest answer is to call us at (470) 298-9650 and we’ll tell you plainly before you schedule anything.
Does the price change once you’re here?
The written estimate is the price. If the crew opens a wall and finds something that genuinely changes the scope – rot we couldn’t see from the surface, wiring that needs to be addressed before we can continue – we stop and write a new number before doing anything more. No work proceeds on a change until you’ve signed a change order. That is how we’ve run 4,000-plus projects since 2007, and it’s the reason our final invoices finish within a few percent of what the customer agreed to at the start. Call (470) 298-9650 if you want to talk through what that looks like on your specific job.
